What is Mommy Fest - what makes this
different from other online events?
Mommy
Fest is an Interactive Online Convention for moms. Like a regular
convention, there are exhibitors and workshops available during the
course of the event. Participants are given an option to receive a
"Mommy Fest Convention Packet" for a small fee. A "Mommy Fest
Convention Packet" is a goody packet filled with handouts/coupons/
samples from vendors and sponsors. There will be lots of online
workshops available for both stay-at-home-moms and
work-at-home-moms.
Workshops will be conducted by experts in different topics .
There
will be games, give-aways and lots of fun.
This
event is a tribute to all moms.

What happens during Mommy Fest?
During Mommy Fest, we will have
different exhibitors with booths set up. Their booths will have a link
to their website and any special offers / contest / articles that they
want to share with Mommy Fest visitors. Feel free to check out all the
exhibitor booths - you will find a lot of interesting products ,
discounts and business opportunities. Each exhibitor has an email link
so, if you have any questions for the exhibitor, you can send them
inquiries via email. We will have a networking room set up and open the
entire time Mommy Fest is on - so, if you want to meet and network with
exhibitors or fellow visitors, feel free to enter the Network Room.
Also during Mommy Fest, we have FREE interactive online workshops
scheduled, check out our schedule of workshops and attend one, two or
all of them. They are all interesting topics and all geared for all
kinds of moms. We will have some contests going on during the event, so
make sure to enter the contest and win some fun prizes.

What is an
exhibitor?
An
exhibitor is also known as a vendor or paying advertiser, someone who
represents a business who has an active link available on our Virtual
Convention. Mommy Fest limits only one representative per Direct Sales
Company.
Benefits of being an Exhibitor:

Exhibitors will have an active link on the Mommy Fest site. All
MommyFest exhibitors will have a booth at the MommyFest Online Event
Site. Booth will have their logo and business information and an
opportunity to showcase a product/service.
*** Exhibitors will have an opportunity to have an audio recording in
their booth. Audio recording could be an interview with MommyFest about
their Business Opportunity if applicable or an audio of them talking
about the benefits of their product/service.
*** Exhibitor booth/s will be in the MommyFest site for 1 Year.

Exhibitors have the opportunity to send fillers to other vendors and
all paying participants via "Mommy Fest Convention Packet" - that is
additional exposure for your business.

Exhibitors receive a "Mommy Fest Convention Packet" which will include
fillers/samples/info from other vendors and Mommy Fest Sponsors
*** Exhibitors will have access to all audios from MommyFest 2007

Exhibitors will have the opportunity to network and meet other WAHMs
like them.
How much does it cost to be an exhibitor?
Booth
Rate is $50 per booth for one year.
What is a Participant?
A participant is any mom who wishes to take part of Mommy Fest
regardless if they are a
paying participant or a “drive-by
participant.”
What is the
difference between a paying participant and a “drive-by
Participant”?
A paying participant
receives access to recordings of audios and highlights from the
workshops going on
during Mommy Fest 2007.
A “drive-by
participant” is any
mom who pays to receive a "Mommy Fest
Convention Packet". This is an "expo in a packet" so to speak. The
"Mommy
Fest Convention Packet" will contain promo items from exhibitors. "Drive-By
participants"
participate in the online workshops and open
discussions going on during Mommy Fest.
